The Lakeview Heart Center brings high quality, comprehensive and convenient cardiac care to the residents of eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin. A cardiologist from HealthPartners is available at Lakeview Hospital Monday through Friday, providing outpatient consultative and follow-up care. Enhanced diagnostic imaging and specialty clinic offerings are also provided, including heart failure management, transesophageal echocardiography, peripheral vascular disease management and device follow-up. Over time, additional diagnostics and specialty clinics will be available, making the Lakeview Heart Center unique to the region.
For more advanced cardiac care, your Lakeview Heart Center cardiologist will normally refer you to Regions Hospital in St. Paul. Regions Hospital has twice been named a Top 100 Heart Hospital by Thomson Reuters. Regions' cardiac surgeons are well-respected experts in complex procedures, including surgical treatments for adult congenital heart disease and new ways to treat atrial fibrillation.
