Lakeview Hospital Compensation and Employment Benefits

When you think about employment you want to consider your total compensation package, which includes pay and benefits.  Lakeview Hospital is a market competitor in the East Metro area of pay and benefits.  We review our pay and benefits on an annual basis to insure that we remain a competitor in these areas.

What follows is a summary of Lakeview Hospital’s employment benefits.  A more detailed review of these benefits will be given to applicants who are invited in for an interview.*

Employee Benefits

We offer the following benefits to employees who are in an authorized position of 40 (.5) or more hours per pay period:

Health and Wellness
  • Health Insurance – including a discount on prescriptions when filled at our Pharmacies! Plus, Lakeview employees receive a discount on inpatient and outpatient hospital charges. After insurances have made their payments, Lakeview will discount 20% of the employee's remaining balance. This benefit applies to Lakeview employees only.
  • Dental Insurance with an Orthodontic option
  • Discounted enrollment fees for local Health Club memberships
  • Onsite fitness room available to employees at no charge.
  • Competitively priced massages available to employees on site.

Paid Vacation, Sick Time and Holidays
  • Paid Vacation
  • Paid Sick Time, including an incentive plan of Paid Bonus Days off for Unused Sick Time
  • Paid Floating Holidays
  • Paid Traditional Holidays (only available to employees authorized to work 80 hours per pay period)

Retirement Savings Plan 
  • Lakeview Hospital offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan to employees. This plan provides for Lakeview Hospital matching contributions. For employees who meet the qualifying criteria, Lakeview will make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee's pre-tax contributions, up to 4% of eligible compensation. In addition, Lakeview will make an additional non-elective contribution to employees who are hired after July 1, 2007 or later and who meet the qualifying criteria. This additional contribution is based on the employee's years of service and does not require the employee to make a salary deferral.

Life Insurance
  • Life insurance and Accidental Death and Disability are available to employees authorized to work 32 hours (.4) or more per pay period.  Employees may purchase additional life insurance for their spouse or dependent children.

Disability Insurance
  • Disability insurance is available to employees authorized to work 60 hours or more per pay period.
